Secrets To Battling A Fatigue Face.

Beauty Emergency Tips Below

Everything from hormonal changes in the body to parties with alcohol can contribute to playing havoc with your skin so don't be surprised if you have a few beauty emergencies along the way. The skin around our eyes is very delicate and can be the first place to show on our bodies. Whether your complexion has lost its glow or your eyes are red and puffy here are some brilliant beauty weapons that can help sort out these beauty spoilers.

EMERGENCY EYE CARE

The delicate skin around the eyes is the first to show signs of wear and tear.  Too much partying, bad diet or early mornings can leave your peepers bloodshot and puffy.

Two easy and quick fixes are: two tea bags (those with caffeine are best) soaked in warm water and then than chill the  bags  for a few minutes in the refrigerator. Place them over eyes for 5 minutes will reduce swelling. Chilled cucumbers make a good remedy for treating puffy eyes also. The enzymes and the astringent properties in cucumbers help reduce inflammation and puffiness. Simply slice cucumber and place in the refrigerator for 10 minutes, then place over your eyes while laying down till they become warm.

FACE SAVER

Too much salt, too many late nights or  consumption of many alcoholic drinks can leave skin tired and dehydrated. Exfoliation is one way to give it an instant glow. If you have a facial cleansing brush use it before putting on any make up but in a pinch, try rubbing a damp flannel or a warm terry wash cloth over your face to remove dead skin cells. Then apply moisturizer and lay down with a warm cloth over your face for ten minutes. This helps restore the moisture and glow to dull skin.

Quick tip for those on the go, refresh your complexion throughout the day with a quick sprits of a nourishing facial spray to give skin an extra moisture boost. Rosehip oil in a pump works great for a pick me up.

BODY BOOSTER

You can't beat a fake tan to make you look slimmer and to hide broken veins or age spots. But get a good dry brush and give your body a good rub down to knock off any dead skin cells. Exfoliate and moisturize skin before applying the self tanner gives your skin an additional shimmer. Trick for making a unique color in a jiffy,  break off some bronzer from an old compact and mixing it with some body lotion.
